After last month’s sold out show @comedybar, Things Black Girls Say (TBGS) is returning to the Theatre Centre, featuring an epic display of rarely combined, yet talented and hilarious, Black female comics.

The concept for TBGS was that of the show’s producer; Zabrina Douglas, who was a touring comic, with her own solo show in the Toronto Fringe Festival. Zabrina saw an opportunity in being able to showcase voices that weren’t often, if ever, on the same bill.

This show will feature some of the best comics in Canada including…

Tamara Shevon
Coko Galore
Daphne Jo
Kenny Robinson
Keesha Brownie

About Zabrina Douglas:

Zabrina's comedy has been featured on The Comedy Network, CBC and Teletoons. After Zabrina was Nominated for The Tim Sims Award in 2008 she has been apart of major festivals such as JFL42, SLO comedy fest, Women In Comedy Boston fest, SHEDOT fest the Toronto fringe fest and the Soulo theatre festival. She has been travelling between Canada and the U.S. performing Comedy at various Clubs and Private shows sharing the stage with major names in comedy such as Gilbert Godfrey, Cocoa brown and Kenny Robinson.
